This picture is of The Frio River north of Leakey (lay-key), Tx. Its about 90 miles north west of San Antonio in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. My great great grandfather spent his summers here around the turn of the century. We are fortunate to have such a place to set the world aside for a few days.
Here is to a memorial weekend that hits us all with some perspective.
